Rebuild how your business works with AI.

Beyond messaging: operations, HR, reporting, documents and stock. We listen to how your business works first, then build a system made for you.

In shortAI transformation means redesigning the repetitive, time-consuming processes in a business with artificial intelligence and automation. We decide together which tasks to automate, build systems connected to the tools you already use, and measure the results against how things worked before.
The basics

AI transformation means rebuilding how the work gets done. Buying a tool is the easy part.

AI transformation is the redesign of a business's repetitive, time-consuming and error-prone processes with AI and automation. Work such as preparing quotes, reporting, document processing, stock tracking or HR processes moves forward on its own through systems connected to your existing software. People step in only where a decision or approval is needed.

In McKinsey's 2025 global survey, the companies getting the most value from AI were about three times as likely as others to have fundamentally redesigned their workflows. In other words, the way the work is organized matters more to the result than the model being used.

That is why our transformation work starts with understanding how a week runs in your business, before any list of software.

Türkiye and the world

What do the numbers say?

In Türkiye, AI use among enterprises with 10 or more employees almost doubled in a year. The gap between large and small businesses is clear, though, and for companies that are considering AI but not yet using it, the biggest barrier is a lack of expertise.

14.0%

The AI usage rate among enterprises with 10 or more employees (2026). The rate was 7.5% in 2025 and 2.7% in 2021.

What this means for SMEs

Trying AI is easy. The hard part is tying it to work you can measure. In Türkiye, about three quarters of enterprises that are considering AI but not yet using it name a lack of expertise as the barrier. Consulting exists to close that gap by choosing the right process, starting small and measuring the result.

The right tool

Workflow or AI agent?

Not every job needs an "agent." Anthropic, the developer of the Claude models, gives businesses this principle: "find the simplest solution possible, and only increase complexity when needed." For most processes, a predefined, predictable workflow is both cheaper and more reliable.

DefinitionAI and tools follow pre-mapped steps in order.AI decides for itself which step to take and which tool to use to reach the goal.
Best suited forRepetitive work with clear rules, such as reading invoices, preparing reports and classifying requests.Work that unfolds differently each time, such as research, multi-step customer requests and preparing quotes.
PredictabilityHigh. It follows the same path on every run.Lower, which is why limits and approval steps are essential.
Cost and speedLower cost, faster.More model calls, higher cost.
Human approvalAt specific steps.Always, before any action that can't be undone.

OpenAI's agent-building guide, published in 2025, recommends a similar path. Start with a single agent, move to a multi-agent setup only when necessary, and hand over to a person before high-risk actions.

Service layers

The four layers of AI transformation

We approach a business's AI transformation in four layers. Not every business needs all four, and which one to start with is decided in the discovery meeting. We also build the website and digital infrastructure these systems run on.

Consulting and roadmap

We map your processes, prioritize the points where AI will be most useful and draw up a roadmap with measurable goals.

Process automation

Workflows that automate repetitive work end to end, including reading documents, transferring data, producing reports and sending notifications.

AI agents

Narrowly scoped agents with defined limits and approval steps for work that needs flexibility, such as preparing quotes, research and multi-step requests.

Integrations

We connect AI to your CRM, accounting, e-commerce and booking systems. The Model Context Protocol (MCP), which Anthropic released as an open standard in November 2024, was adopted by OpenAI, Google and Microsoft in 2025, so connections like these can now be built much faster.

In practice

What stages does a transformation project go through?

A project that starts with a single process moves through four stages. How long each stage takes depends on the scope of the chosen process, the systems to be connected and how ready the data is. We send you the plan and timeline in writing after the discovery meeting.

Discovery and measurement

We list the tasks your team repeats every week and the time spent on them. We pick one process and measure where it stands today in terms of time, error rate and waiting.

Process design

We redesign the chosen process. We decide which steps will be automated, where human approval is needed and which systems to connect.

Pilot

We build the system and first open it up in a limited scope. We run it together with your team and log errors and exceptions.

Review and rollout

We compare the results with the initial measurement. If the goal is met, we roll the system out and pick the next process. If it isn't, we report the reason openly.

Which process should you start with?

Choose work that is both frequent and governed by clear rules. "Preparing the weekly sales report" is a good place to start. "Making strategic decisions" is not.

Responsible AI

Risks and the safeguards we take

The biggest risks in AI transformation are rarely technical. They are unmeasured goals, unchecked permissions and careless handling of personal data. We apply these principles in every setup.

  • Measurable goals. We don't start a project without a goal. The measure of success is written down before the pilot.
  • Human approval. Actions that can't be undone, such as payments, contracts and formal correspondence sent to customers, never happen without human approval.
  • Least privilege. Systems access only the data and tools they need for their job.
  • KVKK compliance. We document which personal data is processed and for what purpose, following the generative AI guide published in November 2025 by Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Authority.
  • Logging and traceability. Every action the automation takes is logged and can be traced back when needed.
  • The right tool. Gartner notes that of the thousands of vendors presenting themselves as agentic, only about 130 actually are. We don't recommend an agent for work that a simple automation can handle.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does AI transformation need a big budget?

No. The healthiest start is a small pilot in a single process. In McKinsey's research, what the companies getting the most value from AI have in common is that they redesign their workflows, rather than spend heavily.

Why do AI projects fail?

Gartner predicts that more than 40 percent of agentic AI projects will be canceled by the end of 2027 due to high costs, unclear business value or weak risk controls. The most common causes are starting without a measurable goal and bolting a tool onto an existing workflow.

Do I need to replace my current software?

Usually not. Automations connect to the email, spreadsheets, CRM, accounting or booking systems you already use. Open standards such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP) make these connections easier.

Will my data be safe?

During setup we document which data goes to which system, we don't transfer personal data that isn't needed, and we grant access on the principle of least privilege. The generative AI guide published in November 2025 by Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) is one of the references we use in this work.

How will we measure results?

Before we start, we record baseline measurements for the process: how long the work takes, the error rate, waiting time or monthly workload. At the end of the pilot we compare against the same metrics and base the decision to expand on the numbers.
